The teachers over at “jesus and the Quran” really want you to believe that there is a connection between you, Christian, and your “Muslim brothers”. They want you to believe that because of the fact that there is only one God, the god of Islam must be Him. Of course, by their seminar’s very title alone, they want you to believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God and the Savior of the world, can be found in the Quran.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
The motto of the Muslim Brotherhood, the group that Obama supported into office in Egypt, is:
Allah is our objective;
the Prophet is our leader;
Quran is our law;
Jihad is our way;
dying in the path of Allah is our highest hope.
Now how’s that for a life goal? The truth is, I wish most Christians had this much zeal toward their God, except for those last parts about fighting and killing others and having to die for their God. And therein lies the jiQ downfall – you don’t have to fight and die for your God, Christian, because He has never asked that of you. God (of the Bible) sent His Son to die for you; the god of Islam is a selfish, hate-filled liar who wants to see everyone suffer. No wonder they want to make all of the world submit to him.
I don’t read Arabic so I have absolutely no first-hand knowledge of this motto, but I would urge you to do research and prove this to yourself. But I do know that I have studied Islam’s political system enough to know that this kind of hate-filled motto fits right in with all the rest of their demented ideas of life and death. It’s one of those “If the shoe fits” kind of things, and in this case, the shoe fits perfectly.
So I ask you, does this sound to you like something the God of the Bible would purport to you? Does this make the “jesus and the Quran” teaching believable? To me, it simply pulls down the zipper in the back of their sheep’s clothing costume and exposes them for who they really are. You simply cannot compromise God, His Son, or His Word in order to witness to anyone. By doing so, you are not witnessing Truth but a made-up god that has no more power to save than did Baal when Elijah challenged the prophets of Baal to a duel at the alters.
When asked, Jesus (of the Bible) stated that the greatest commandment is to love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. But He continued to state that the second was like it – to love your neighbor as yourself. LISTEN TO ME NOW: teaching this Muslim love through pure Bible compromise is breaking the first commandment in order to satisfy the second!
All of this proves again that the god of Islam is not the God of the Bible, and…
Jesus is NOT in the Quran!
